Dominique Davis serves as the City Clerk, Assistant to the City Manager, and Public Affairs Officer for the City of Seaside, California. With over 15 years of experience in local government, she is a dynamic leader at the intersection of policy, public engagement, and executive strategy. Dominique oversees legislative operations, communications, and special initiatives that advance transparency, trust, and inclusive civic participation.
A natural storyteller and seasoned public communicator, Dominique has led high-impact campaigns around civic engagement, equity in Boards & Commissions, and brand transformation for municipal government. She recently completed the Senior Executives in State and Local Government program at Harvard Kennedy School and is pursuing her Master of Public Administration at Grand Canyon University.
Whether behind the dais or in front of the camera, Dominique brings authenticity, executive insight, and community-rooted strategy to every conversation. She is also the Vice President of the Monterey Peninsula Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where she leads programs aligned with public service, social justice, and health equity.
