Indhira Gagnon is a Senior Advisor for Regional Government Services JPA and a respected administrative leader supporting the success of public agencies. She brings extensive experience in operations management and administrative oversight and regularly delivers presentations and training on professional and staff development, organizational growth, and regulatory compliance. Indhira holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice and an M.P.A. from California State University, Fullerton, as well as a Juris Doctorate from Trinity International University Law School. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies at California Baptist University, with her research focusing on diversity in public sector leadership.
