Angela Sun is the Senior Learning and Development Administrator at Orange County Transportation Authority. In her role Angela works with individuals and teams to assess their needs, and provides solutions by creating personalized development plans, learning journeys, and providing specific trainings to meet their needs, ranging from trust building, relationship building, to productivity. She is responsible for learning, leadership, and career development, and manages three of four in-house career development academies for interns, early career employees, and aspiring and current managers. She has extensive experience working with all organizational levels designing online trainings in Articulate, and facilitating in person, virtual, and live-mixed trainings.

Angela is a lifelong learner. She earned her Master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology from California State University, Fullerton. She is certified in Working Genius, The Extraordinary Leader, EQi-2.0, HRG, content from Franklin Covey and Crucial Learning, and is an active member of the Association for Talent and Development. Born and raised in Orange County, Angela is passionate about working for, and in her community.
