Paul Bratulin is the Campus Director of Marketing, Creative Services and Public Affairs at San Bernardino Valley College, serving as the college’s chief communicator, marketer, public relations counsel, and media liaison. Prior to his current position, he worked in county government as a media specialist and outreach coordinator, and has over 17 years of experience in marketing, community outreach, education and media development. Having grown up in a first-generation, immigrant family in Southern California, Bratulin has first-hand experience with the many economic, cultural and linguistic barriers under-resourced students and families can face that can prevent them from accessing available educational opportunities or realizing their lifelong dreams. His goal as a communicator is to promote his college’s reach and reputation throughout Southern California and to impact his community through expanded awareness and engagement in higher education. He is a passionate advocate for educational advancement and believes that it is essential to the improvement and economic success of the community he serves.
