Christina serves as the Community Relations Manager for Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District, where she manages the Community Affairs and Customer Service Departments. In her role she is responsible for overseeing public information, education, water use efficiency and utility billing. She has over 25 years’ experience in utility sector billing and customer service. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a bachelor’s degree in Spanish from the University of California, Irvine in addition to earning a Certificate in Finance from the University of California, Riverside. Christina lives in Eastvale with her husband and two children.
