Amy McKenzie has been a member of the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office for 18 years. Currently serving as the Director of Communications, Amy leads a team of communication professionals responsible for the internal and external communications for the DA’s Office.

Amy brings a unique blend of practical experience and strategic insight. In her role, Amy has been instrumental in creating and developing the Communications Division. She is responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive communication strategies. Her leadership has not only established a robust framework for communication within the DA’s Office, but it has also earned the recognition for developing award-winning media outreach strategies, which consistently secured local, statewide, and national media coverage.

Amy earned a bachelor’s degree in social work from California State University, Los Angeles, and her Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from California Baptist University.
