Jenny Windle, MPA, is the founder and president of JPW Communications, an award-winning communication, marketing, and public engagement firm exclusively serving local government clients in California. Since opening in 2015, JPW has earned over 50 awards for client work and was recognized as a top local government service provider by Engaging Local Government Leaders. Prior to starting the firm, Windle worked as a government communicator for the Port of San Diego and the cities of San Marcos, Vista and Palmdale. She holds degrees in communication and public administration and is a past president of the California Association of Public Information Officials (CAPIO). In 2017, CAPIO honored her with the prestigious Paul B. Clark Award for lifetime achievement in the field of public communication. Windle lives in Carlsbad with her husband and two sons.
