Bonnie serves as the External Affairs and Communications Manager for the Western Riverside Council of Governments and previously served as the Community Affairs Supervisor for the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District. In both roles, Bonnie has focused on branding strategy, implementing a rebrand for EVMWD and currently assessing the brand strategy for WRCOG. Bonnie has a passion for innovative communication and is grateful to work with a team that values expanding outreach and advocacy efforts. Her roles have included serving as the Vice Chair for the Lake Elsinore Valley Chamber of Commerce and on the Communications Committee for the Association of California Water Agencies. She was recognized by the Murrieta Chamber of Commerce with its Forty under 40 Award. She earned her bachelor's degree from California State University, Fullerton and holds an Accreditation in Public Relations through the Public Relations Society of America. She, her husband William, and three children reside in Temecula.
