Lorraine is the Communication Manager and Public Information Officer for the Coachella Valley Water District, where she leads the communication team responsible for developing communication strategies to educate and engage employees and customers on services and water topics.
She has served on the statewide Communication Committee for the Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA) since 2017 and was also the chair of the ACWA Website & Social Media Subcommittee for the past three years. She also serves on the CV Water Counts collaborative of six Coachella Valley water agencies.
