Rob Baquera, Government and Community Relations Manager for the City of Roseville, has dedicated 27 years to municipal service. Starting as a day camp counselor at 16, he advanced through roles supporting at-risk youth, fostering mentorship and community engagement.

Rob is a champion of organizational culture and leadership development, driving initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and collaboration across departments. His efforts have enhanced the City’s commitment to cultivating a positive workplace culture and fostering professional growth among staff.

Beyond work, Rob impacts education as an elected Roseville City School District Governing Board Member, serving over 12,000 students. He is also active in Rotary International and serves on the board of the Roseville Historical Society.
