Jin serves as the Public Engagement Manager for the City of Torrance, where she works on public relations, media communications, international relations, and marketing initiatives to enhance the City’s outreach and visibility. As the City’s Public Information Officer, she is committed to fostering clear, transparent, and meaningful communication.
Jin works closely with elected officials and all City departments, ensuring that important information is effectively shared with residents and stakeholders. She also plays a key role in event management, helping to organize and promote City events that bring the community together.
