Jannelle Needham currently serves as a Deputy Public Information Officer for San Bernardino County. Prior to this role, she was promoted to Deputy Chief of Staff for Orange County Supervisor Doug Chaffee, following her tenure as his Policy Advisor and Communications Director.

Her professional foundation in public policy and communications was shaped by her work as a Strategic Researcher at the Orange County Employees Association. She continues to contribute to the region’s civic landscape by supporting local political campaigns in Orange County.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.
