Since 2019, Taylor Long has served as the Public Information Officer for the Fresno County District Attorney’s Office, overseeing public-facing communications for the chief law enforcement agency in Fresno County. She brings a measured, strategic approach informed by more than a decade of experience in governmental affairs, media relations, and community engagement, with work spanning from Sacramento to Fresno.

Taylor played a key role in launching Fresno County’s Fentanyl Education and Awareness Campaign in 2021, an initiative that has contributed to a nearly 50 percent decline in fentanyl-related overdose deaths and has received state and national recognition.

Taylor has also served the community through leadership roles in the nonprofit sector, including as President of PINC (Philanthropy Inspired by the Needs of Our Community). Since its establishment in 2008, PINC has raised over $1 million for local nonprofits, with a focus on organizations serving women and children, and Taylor supported the organization’s fundraising and community engagement efforts during her tenure.
