Nicole Dailey founded Dailey Strategies in 2022 as a boutique consulting firm eager to help government agencies do better, do more, and for less. She specializes in public affairs, communications, and strategic planning.
Nicole is an experienced public-sector and communications expert passionate about delivering reliable, professional solutions that have meaningful, lasting impacts on the communities and customers served.
With nearly 20 years of experience, Nicole has worked with executive management professionals to achieve strategic goals successfully. Most recently, she served as City Manager for the City of Canyon Lake and previously served as Deputy City Manager for the City of Lake Elsinore. Before working for cities, Nicole served as Communications Officer for the San Bernardino County Employees’ Retirement Association and was Senior Account Executive at O’Reilly Communications. In these roles, she worked closely with public agencies across Riverside and San Bernardino counties over the years to tackle some of their toughest challenges.
Examples include reducing homelessness in Lake Elsinore by nearly 50 percent in four years, securing funding and solutions to improve Lake Elsinore’s water quality, and developing the City’s first long-term strategic plan, the Dream Extreme 2040 Plan.
Nicole has also successfully written and administered state and local grants totaling over $10 million and implemented a comprehensive effort to pass a sales tax initiative, resulting in a 67 percent voter approval rate and generating more than $14 million a year in additional revenue for the City.
