Throughout her long career in Digital Delivery Project/Product Management, Global Communications Change Management, Facilitation and Training Management, she managed the implementation for a variety of software products and services.

In her role with the County of Monterey, Dina is also the author of the County’s MCCarWeek.com, which won the 2021 CSAC Challenge award for Innovation - Government Finance, Administration & Technology, and Special Events communications websites. Dina is a member of the Monterey County Advisory Council, representing the management unit’s CEMA members, as well as Co-Chair for the CEMA Membership, Communication, and Liaison committees for Monterey County.
