Calen Daniel is a Public Affairs Manager at Eastern Municipal Water District, where he oversees strategic communication planning and a team of outreach specialists at California’s sixth-largest water agency. His team’s responsibilities include ongoing communications to approximately 1 million customers and significant outreach in support of a nearly $1 billion Capital Improvement Plan.

Daniel has worked in both the public and private sector strategic communications fields for nearly a decade, including stops at Valley-Wide Recreation and Park District, North County Transit District, and Albert A. Webb Associates. His areas of expertise include video, photography, website management, crisis communications, media relations, and brand management. He holds a Masters of Arts in Strategic Communication.
