Axel Colin is the Marketing and Design Manager for San Bernardino County, where he leads countywide marketing, branding, and design efforts that connect government programs with the communities they serve. With more than 23 years of experience across public and private sectors, Axel is known for translating complex ideas into clear, engaging, and accessible messaging while maintaining strong brand standards and compliance.

Before joining the County, Axel served as Creative Director at Pochteca Media in Los Angeles, leading multimillion-dollar marketing campaigns for clients including the Latin Grammys? and major Las Vegas resorts. He also worked with Univision? one of the largest Hispanic communications networks in the U.S., helping unify visual branding across national markets. Axel’s work has earned recognition from leaders at all levels and multiple Gold American Advertising Federation awards. He brings a practical, strategic, and collaborative perspective to marketing, design, and public-sector communications.
