Jennifer’s approach focuses on working collaboratively individuals and teams to achieve outcomes that are measurable and sustainable, especially in the areas of improved leadership performance, increased team alignment and organizational health. She currently works with cities, counties and special districts throughout California to help teams reach maximum engagement and measurable outcomes through individual and group training, coaching and strategic consulting.

Jennifer has a BA degree in Philosophy from Georgetown University and Master’s in Learning & Development from Florida International University. She holds Executive Coaching degrees from Harvard and Google; she is actively involved in training coaches worldwide and is dedicated to elevating the caliber of the executive coaching industry towards excellence.
