Registration Cancellations  
Registration cancellations received prior to June 19 are eligible to receive a refund of their fees minus a $50 processing fee. Please email events@capio.org to request your refund.  Cancellations after June 19 are eligible for a 50% refund provided a request is made in writing by July 10 (or when space fills). No refunds after this date.      

Substitution Policy

Substitution of registration (same type: member/non-member) is permitted up to July 17. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant with written consent. Please email requests to events@capio.org
