Bonnie serves as the Community Affairs Supervisor for the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District, overseeing public information, education and water use efficiency. Bonnie has a passion for innovative communication and is grateful to work with a team that values expanding outreach efforts. She currently serves as Vice Chair for the Lake Elsinore Valley Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Communications Committee for the Association of California Water Agencies. She was recognized by the Murrieta Chamber of Commerce with it's Forty under 40 Award. She earned her bachelor's degree from California State University, Fullerton and holds an Accreditation in Public Relations through the Public Relations Society of America. She, her husband William, and three children reside in Temecula.
