Phil Grasso is a Digital Content Manager at the Alameda County Office of Education and has worked with the agency for ten years. Phil began as a Digital Content Producer and was responsible for all of the video work produced by ACOE, authoring content for the county Teacher of the Year awards, PSAs and other events sponsored by the county office. He has since transitioned into a graphic design role and is responsible for ensuring consistent branding and design quality for all materials produced by ACOE. Phil attended the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, majoring in film production and directing. Prior to working at the county office, he owned a small independent production company and served as the producer, director and director of photography on several independent short and feature length films.
