Luke Norris is the VP of Platform Enablement and Digital Government at Granicus and was a part of the U.S. founding team of OpenCities prior to being acquired by Granicus. Previously, Luke worked for the national nonprofit Code for America where he led partnerships with more than 100 local governments. Luke has spent the better part of the last decade working with city, county and state governments on how to use technology to increase resident engagement and create more accessible and inclusive web and digital services. Over the past 20 years, Luke has played a key role in the Kansas City community serving as the founding board Chair of a Kansas City, Missouri's only diverse-by-design charter school, a federally appointed housing authority commissioner, board chair of a youth diversity leadership program and Fellow at the Kauffman Foundation. Luke's been invited to speak nationally at the US Conference of Mayors, African American Mayors Association, National Association of Counties on the impact and importance of technology in serving ALL residents.
