This session “Using Cultural Awareness Months (CAMs) to engage and encourage employee participation in social media campaigns for the purpose of internal and external connection” is designed to demonstrate how culture and its diversity amongst colleagues can promote understanding and appreciation for one another and resonate with the greater public through the power of social media.  

While promoting healthy discovery and curiosity about those whom you work with, colleagues can display pride in themselves while simultaneously informing the community that there is a vast array of individuals within the workplace who collectively occupy spaces that are worthy to be acknowledged.
