OCTA’s I-405 Improvement Project Community Outreach Team is executing a robust Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Plan that includes meeting with community-based organizations, marketing and promoting small businesses, and attending cultural events; all while continuing to implement several traditional outreach tactics. In this session, you will be given tools on how to maintain an open dialogue with your diverse communities; including how to ensure these communities have an equitable opportunity to utilize your services.
