Gia Ly is the CEO of ArrowGTP, a multicultural marketing, branding and public relations agency with clients in the private and public sectors. Her 20+ years of professional experience also spans several industries including government agencies, nonprofit, technology, hospitality, and insurance.

She is the Immediate Past Chair of the Vietnamese American Chamber of Commerce, Board member of the CSUF Auxiliary Services Corporation, and Board or Advisory member of several public and non-profit entities.

Gia Ly frequently speaks at college classes or events, conducts technical assistance workshops for small businesses and moderates community outreach forums.

Gia Ly received a BA in International Business from CSU Fullerton and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Chapman University.
