Monika Starr is a Public Information Rep II with the City of San José's Environmental Services Department. Monika works on recycling education campaigns to help San José residents recycle right. She is also the lead for community engagement for the City's climate action plan, Climate Smart San José. Monika leads outreach that educates the community on various efforts to combat climate change including building electrification and water conservation.
