Natalie Hernández is the Public Information Officer for the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office where she manages communications and marketing for the agency. She has close to a decade of experience working in public relations, crisis communications, and event management across the public, private and nonprofit sectors.
Prior to joining the Sheriff’s Office, she served in the County Executive Office as the Assistant Public Information Officer for the County of Ventura, specializing in bilingual communications.
Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Azusa Pacific University and a Master of Arts degree in Latin American and Iberian Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
