Creating a positive employee culture is a challenge that all agencies have to face, and the City of Fresno is no different. To contribute to better employee sentiment, we've created the "We Work For You" video series. These weekly videos serve as a way to highlight a different employee each week and thank them for their work, while also educating the public about what city employees do and where their taxpayer money is going. At this session, we'll share more about this simple but effective way of connecting to employees and furthering your agency's mission - all while serving the public.
