Iris Espino is the first appointed Public Information Officer for the City of Irwindale with nearly two decades of experience in local government. In her role as Assistant to the City Manager, Iris oversees various functions including the Department of Economic Development, Public Information Office, and serves as the liaison to the City Council. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton and a Masters in Public Administration from California State University, Northridge.
