Crystal Nettles is Principal Communications Specialist for the Orange County Water District, a wholesale water provider in southern California that supplies groundwater to 19 water districts and cities serving 2.5 million people. She has more than 15 years experience developing and executing communications and outreach campaigns for public, private and nonprofit organizations. In her current role, she manages a variety of internal and external projects including large-scale events, website development, social media, and crisis communications. Crystal holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from California State University, Fullerton and a master’s degree in nonprofit leadership and management from Arizona State University.
