Medha Paliwal is a Senior Communications Specialist for the Orange County Water District. She has spent nearly ten years working in the water sector to advance public and government affairs programs and initiatives. Prior to that, she worked for two public relations firms managing multi-faceted campaigns for clients in the architecture, construction, and technology industries. Medha is an accomplished senior level public affairs professional with experience developing and executing public information campaigns, creating strategic messaging for media and public outreach, and cultivating invaluable community partnerships. She also serves as a Public Art Commissioner for the City of Tustin and has previously served on the Laguna Niguel Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications, with an emphasis in Public Relations, and a minor in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
