Geoff Spencer is a recovering filmmaker turned local government communicator for the City of Yorba Linda in Orange County. Geoff is passionate about creating community through storytelling and using his gifts to make a difference everywhere he serves. Before joining local government three years ago (the same week COVID hit), Geoff worked in publicity for the entertainment industry and as a visual storyteller & live event producer in higher education. Geoff has a Bachelor of Arts in Film and a Master’s of Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University.
