David Albaugh currently serves as the Administrative Services Director for the City of Yorba Linda. David oversees the city’s Information Technology Program, Risk Management, and Human Resources. In his current role, David is always looking for ways to provide services in a more efficient and effective manner. Prior to joining the City of Yorba Linda, David spent more than 13 years in public-facing roles with the Walt Disney Company, and 11 years with the City of Anaheim where he oversaw the Public Utilities Communications Division for a portion of his career. He's earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science and philosophy from Cal State Fullerton, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa.
