She is a creative strategist who develops compelling content and engagement activities to shape public opinion. Paulina has a proven track record of managing challenging projects across Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, and Ventura Counties, including multilingual electoral campaigns and engagement programs. She utilizes her creative ingenuity and institutional understanding of public agencies and municipalities to provide solutions that combine a big-picture vision with real-world solutions to generate tangible results.

Paulina earned her Bachelor's in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University and her Master's in International Public Policy and Management from the University of Southern California.
