Serving as Assistant City Manager of the City of Rolling Hills Estates since 2019, Alexa Davis is a public sector leader with nearly 18 years of experience in local government. She joined the City of Rolling Hills Estates in 2014 as Assistant to the City Manager after serving in a similar capacity in the neighboring City of Palos Verdes Estates for eight years. As Rolling Hills Estates’ Public Information Officer, she oversees community outreach and engagement, including facilitating crisis communication efforts for the community.

Alexa received her bachelor’s degree in Communications/English Writing from DePauw University in Indiana and completed a Masters of Public Administration from California State University-Long Beach.
