Jacqueline Lambiase, Ph.D., served as a professor of strategic communication at Texas Christian University and the University of North Texas for 27 years, heading up the public relations program at UNT and serving as department chair at TCU. Recently retired from full-time teaching, she still directs the Certified Public Communicator Program at TCU. In about 50 published studies and more than 100 research and community presentations, her scholarship has focused on crisis communication, digital communication, advertising, and diversity, and especially the importance of organizational listening for earning trust with stakeholders. Currently, she is a facilitator for a member-led interest group called Adaptation & Vulnerable People, as a member of the American Society of Adaptation Professionals.
