Pamela leads marketing, communications and community relations for Silicon Valley Clean Energy (SVCE) a Joint Powers Agency in Santa Clara County. She develops and executes the agency’s strategic communications plan, which is essential to developing and maintaining customer awareness and satisfaction.
Prior to joining SVCE in 2016, Pamela served as a communications specialist for a climate tech non-profit and as an account executive for Westbound Communications, a public relations agency in Southern California. Pamela also served as Director of Communications and Marketing for Orange County Coastkeeper, a clean water non-profit organization. Pamela earned bachelor’s degrees in political science and drama, with a minor in global sustainability from UC Irvine.
