Non-Member (Early Bird) $900 / After March 6 $1,000

Join CAPIO and get the member rate for $1,050 ($750 + $300) / After March 6  $1,125

Registration price include sessions from Monday - Thursday.  See below for meals included in a full conference pass

Individual Tickets
Single Day (Tuesday) - $390 (Includes breakfast and lunch, sessions, afternoon awards program and networking reception)
Single Day (Wednesday) - $390 (Includes breakfast, lunch and sessions.  Special awards dinner not included)
Single Day (Wednesday) with Awards Dinner - $520. (Includes breakfast, lunch, sessions and special awards dinner not included)
Afternoon EPIC Awards Program (Tues) - $40 (Includes awards program and networking/exhibitor reception following)
Special Awards Dinner (Wed) - $160

Meals included in a full conference pass are:

Thursday Continental Breakfast

Registration Cancellations  
Registration cancellations received prior to Monday, April 13th are eligible to receive a refund of their fees minus a $50 processing fee. Please email events@capio.org to request your refund.  Cancellations between April 13th-May 4th are eligible for a 50% refund. After May 4th, substitutions only, no refunds.

 

Substitution Policy

Substitution of registration (same type: member/non-member). Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant with written consent. Please email requests to events@capio.org
