Andrea Pineda serves as Sr Communications & Marketing Analyst for the City of Thousand Oaks. Since joining the organization in November 2022, she has lead city wide campaigns and initiatives that advance City Council priorities. Andrea creates and supports both internal and external communications across traditional and digital channels, including social media. Fluent in English, Spanish and French, she is passionate about inclusive storytelling that builds meaningful community connection. Her contributions were recognized in 2025 when she was selected as one of the “40 Under 40” honorees by the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce. Andrea holds a Bachelor's in Marketing Communication and French and an M.B.A. in Marketing from California Lutheran University.
