Nydia Doolittle is a communications professional with a background spanning private, public, and government sectors. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication with a minor in Spanish from Cal Poly Pomona and holds an MBA from the University of Redlands. Nydia began her career at Sony Music Latin, where she transitioned from intern to marketing professional, gaining valuable experience in brand strategy and audience engagement. She later advanced her communications expertise at Esri and the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority before joining Western Water.
In her spare time, she is a full-time soccer mom and coach’s wife, enjoys visiting local coffee shops, and is dedicated to her 5 a.m. workout sessions.
