As a new Communications Leader for an organization with a rich and engaging history in the community can be challenging when you are brand new and tasked with strengthening the current communications strategy.

Going through this process firsthand can feel very challenging until others overcome the resistance to change and work towards building an even stronger foundation for support that is cohesive and productive. 
This process involves acknowledging the past, discussing the need for change, and creating opportunities to collaborate with everyone from all levels of the organization in order to achieve actionable steps towards success.
