Katie Regan joined the City of Stockton in 2018, as the Organizational Change Management and Communications lead for the City’s ERP implementation team. In May of 2020, she transitioned to her current role as the Director of Performance and Data Analytics. Prior to her time with the City, Katie worked in management consulting with Fortune 500 medical device and pharmaceutical companies where she led program implementations, streamlined business processes, and increased regulatory compliance. Katie has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Puget Sound and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law.
