Laura Provencher has more than 15 years of experience in government service. From starting as a 9-1-1 Police and Fire Dispatcher, to working in a City Manager’s Office and, now, in the Fire Service, where she currently serves.

Her role allows her to work several aspects within the organization and to support the Fire District’s public education, prevention and outreach strategies. Laura loves interacting with the public and has enjoyed her role as the Public Information Officer and in Operations Administration. She looks forward to the new challenges that await.
