In this session, you'll learn directly from three participants of a countywide PIO group about how they've benefited from regular inter-agency communication. They will share the methods they use for keeping each other informed about regional trends, how they leverage the same third-party support across their agencies to reduce labor, and how they collaborate in real time on sensitive communications.
