Seana Wagner is the Director of Communications and Special Projects at the Napa County Office of Education. She has 26 years of public relations and marketing experience in a variety of industries and fields including public education, the non-profit sector, the wine industry, advanced technology development and publishing.

In her current position, Seana's plays a strategic leadership role that integrates communications into the core priorities of the organization. She has also led efforts to create an accurate and timely information flow between Public Health and public and private schools in Napa County during the COVID-19 crisis.

Seana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
