Registration Cancellations  
Registration cancellations received prior to Monday, April 10 are eligible to receive a refund of their fees minus a $50 processing fee. Please email events@capio.org to request your refund.  Cancellations after April 10 are eligible for a 50% refund. 

 

Substitution Policy

Substitution of registration (same type: member/non-member) is permitted prior April 24. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant with written consent. Please email requests to events@capio.org      

 

CAPIO is a ticketed event and everyone on the conference floor must have a CAPIO conference badge.  We do have several options for guests to join you at the Awards events including the Awards Lunch Ticket, Awards Dinner Ticket or Awards Pass (both tickets).  If your spouse wishes to join you for the conference sessions, receptions and other networking opportunities, you may purchase a full conference pass for them.  As the event is a business conference, no one under 18 is allowed to attend the conference.  Of course family members are welcome to stay with you at the hotel, enjoy the pool and other amenities onsite.  The hotel may have babysitting options available as well.  Contact the resort for details.

 

CAPIO offers food options in a buffet format for breakfast and lunch with items labeled to assist those with special diets including gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan. Registrants also had the opportunity to notify us of their special needs during the registration process.  If you wish to confirm or update your dietary needs, please email us at events@capio.org.   For the awards dinner, participants will have a ticket with their special dietary needs to show the banquet servers.
