CAPIO's block of rooms at the discounted rate of $250 and $350 are now sold out. However, you may check back periodically as bookings may fluctuate up until our block deadline of February 28.
There are two sides of the property - Meritage and Vineyard rooms are closer to the conference meeting rooms. The Signature and Reserve guestrooms are on the side closest to the fitness center.
If you would like to arrive early and have any issues booking the CAPIO rate, we recommend that you book the dates of the conference and call the hotel to add on the other nights over the phone. Staying after the conference will be subject to higher rates and will depend upon availability.

Self-parking is complimentary and under the CAPIO rate, the resort fee is waived. Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m.
