Registration Cancellations  
Registration cancellations received prior to Monday, March 3rd are eligible to receive a refund of their fees minus a $50 processing fee. Please email members@capio.org to request your refund.  Cancellations between March 4-25th are eligible for a 50% refund. After March 25th substitutions only, no refunds.

 

Substitution Policy

Substitution of registration (same type: member/non-member). Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant with written consent. Please email requests to memberss@capio.org
