CANCELLATION DEADLINE IS OCTOBER 8

Yes – Participants may elect to transfer their in-person registration to a virtual pass at any time.  (Both Virtual and In-Person attendees will receive access to all recordings).  Prior to Friday, October 8 passes transferring to virtual may receive a refund for the difference in fees.  After October 8 no refunds will be provided (as we will have pre-ordered meals at the hotel).

Yes – registration cancellations received prior to Friday, October 8 are eligible to receive a refund minus a $50 service fee.  Cancellations must be emailed to events@capio.org

After October 9 no refunds will be provided; however, participants may exchange their in person pass for a virtual pass.

Yes, substitution of registration (same type: member | non-member) is permitted prior to October 22.  Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant with written consent.  Please email requests to events@capio.org.

CAPIO will adhere to the CA Department of Public Health guidelines for the conference.  We will update participants of additional specifics in early October as the event approaches.  The Resort at Squaw Creek is under the Hyatt brand and follows their Care & Cleanliness commitment protocols.

If weather becomes a factor for your travel to the conference, you may switch your participation to virtual.  Note:  Hotel rooms must be cancelled 7 days in advance for the hotel to refund your deposit.
