COVID PROTOCOLS:

We are excited to finally come together after nearly two years.  And we want everyone to stay healthy during and after our event.

This year for the safety of everyone, we will be asking for attendees to wear masks indoors except when eating or drinking.  Presenters may remove masks to present and we plan to space out panelists who are presenting together.

HEALTH PASS QR CODE - UPLOAD NEGATIVE COVID TEST RESULT OR VACCINE CARD

Also - we will be asking all participants to submit a negative COVID test within 3 days of arrival or upload a copy of their vaccine card to the Health pass prior to arrival.  We will be working with a HIPPA compliant secure provider.  The process to upload for verification will be easy and secure and works with the Clear system used at stadiums and theaters around the country. Instructions will be sent 10 days prior to the event. Learn more here.

CAPIO BIRTHDAY BASH / AWARDS DINNER

Included in the price of your in person conference pass is the cost of our Awards Dinner - this year's 50th Anniversary Birthday Bash!

Join us to celebrate our Golden Anniversary as we recognize the achievements of the past and look forward to what's ahead in government communications! In true 50th birthday fashion, the semi-formal dinner will feature a Black, White and Gold theme, and those in attendance will take part in celebrating the history, people and milestones that make up CAPIO’s past and present.

Attire: In line with the occasion, we encourage everyone to wear black and white - and gold if you wish!  Semi-formal encouraged but not required.
